Atchara Salad

Ingredients:

250 Grams of Green Papaya, Shredded
1 Red Bell Pepper, Julienne
1 Green Bell Pepper, Julienne
1 Big Carrot, Julienne
1 Small Ginger, Julienne
1 Onion (Violet), Sliced
2 Teaspoons of Coarse Black Pepper
1 Bay Leaf
25 Grams of Raisins
200 mL of SILVER SWAN CANE VINEGAR

Salt to taste.

Cooking Instructions:

1. Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl except salt.
2. Marinate for about 5 minutes.
3. Transfer into a strainer and press to remove liquid.
4. Place in a salad bowl and season to taste.
